I am a senior beef specialist based in the Forfar office but my role is carried out nationally. My roles involves project work, for example with Quality Meat Scotland (QMS), facilitation of beef producer groups, technical presentations, lecturing at SRUC Craibstone, article writing and one-to-one advice to farmers. I am FBASS accredited.

- QMS sustainability groups benchmarking carbon, physical and financial performance
- FAS Connect facilitation of Angus beef group
- project management for Graze Debate 2022 around livestock production and environmental win wins (in conjunction with Poppy Frater)
- carbon mitigation work, focussing primarily on low carbon beef
- QMS routemap to Net Zero and nature restoration
- writing articles for publications such as Sheep and Beef News
