Gown hire

Important! Please note:
Gowns will be available to hire from the Ede and Ravenscroft website from 1 June2024.  We would suggest not reserving and paying for a gown hire until your qualification outcome is known.  Orders cannot be guaranteed unless received 21 days before the Ceremony.  

1. Log on to the Ede & Ravenscroft website
   
   
2. Select SRUC – drop down will show Scotland’s Rural College – and press continue.
   
   
3. Select Event Details - Glasgow University 26 August 2024 - press continue.
   
   
4. Close the pop-up window about hat size measurement if one appears – you will not need a hat.
   
   
5. Now pick your Level of Award – HNC/HND, Bachelor/Honour Degrees or Masters Degrees - then specify the name of the award.
   
   
6. HNC/HND is awarded by SQA & General and Honours Degrees are awarded by one of our two partner Universities (Edinburgh or Glasgow) – use the table below to select the correct awarding University for your programme.  HNC/HND SQA at bottom of table.

 7. Finally, select your gender, height (in m/cm or ft/inches) and chest size and continue through the ordering process as instructed on the page.

 8. You will not need the hat

 9. Your gown and hood will be delivered to Glasgow for you to pick up on the day.
