The Job:
A 2 year opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our beef finishing business. The role will include all aspects of cattle care and preparation for slaughter. There will be tractor work associated with daily husbandry of cattle and seasonal tractor work involved in silage, maize and arable harvests. The successful candidate with also be required to work with sheep on big days.

The Company:
We are looking to employ someone on a 2 year basis to encourage and allow progression either within our business or onto a more advanced role in another business. There is no expectation to stay on in the business after 2 years, alternatively we would aid the right individual furthering their career with us.
The Candidate:
- Good attention to detail.
- Some weekend work when required.
- No experience required, a can-do attitude is more important.
- Excited to be a key member within a growing business.
- A firm handshake on first introductions!
The Package:
- No accommodation on site, but can be arranged
- Working with a team that encourages young/new people to get a step into the industry and encourages them to learn along the way.
