The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in commercial farming or large-scale horticultural production (root crops desirable).
  • Solid understanding of agricultural machinery and farming techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, can-do approach with the ability to work in changing conditions.
  • Basic IT competency (e.g., inputting purchase orders, reporting, scheduling).
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to be hands-on outdoors year-round.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards in farm safety, equipment care, and workforce training.
