The Candidate:
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
- Is physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to work hard as part of a team.
- Can follow instructions and work to a high standard.
- Holds a full UK driving licence, which is essential for this role.
- Has previous landscaping or construction experience, which is beneficial but not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate.
