As an Agricultural Scheme Operations Specialist, you'll support growers, producers and auditors across Red Tractor, LEAF Marque and GLOBALG.A.P. schemes, while developing valuable expertise in certification, food safety, sustainability and farm assurance.
Full training will be provided, including industry-recognised Red Tractor qualifications, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career within agriculture.

The Candidate:
- Experience or knowledge of the UK agriculture sector.
- An agricultural degree or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Experience with Fresh produce production or grower operations is a plus.
- Experience with farm assurance, food safety, or certification schemes is a plus.
- Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Confident when dealing with challenging conversations and problem solving situations, with a logical and methodical approach.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and well organised.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloads for yourself and others.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems.
