The Company:

Cultura Connect are a supplier of sustainable agricultural solutions, specialising in the collection, processing, and distribution of food industry materials for use in livestock feed. Working closely with farmers, the company provides feed products and nutritional expertise to help improve feed efficiency and livestock performance. By making use of food industry materials, the business helps reduce waste and supports a more sustainable agricultural supply chain.

The Role:

As the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, you will manage strategic relationships, resolve operational issues and play a key role in delivering regional performance. With proven commercial experience within the agricultural sector, you will bring strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen and a good understanding of the beef and dairy industries. Confident in influencing stakeholders and identifying growth opportunities, you will thrive in a home-based, field-focused role with travel across Scotland and occasional visits to the head office. In return, you will receive a comprehensive onboarding programme and ongoing development, providing you with the technical knowledge, industry expertise and support to really make your mark.

The Candidate:

  • Proven commercial experience within agriculture, feed, livestock or a related sector.
  • A strong understanding of the agricultural sector in particular beef and dairy industries.
  • Excellent relationship-building, sales and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially minded with good decision making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and results driven.
  • Customer focused.
  • Proficient IT skills; Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Full UK driving licence and desire to travel daily.
