The Company:

Novoville is a UK multi-award-winning company developing best-in-class technological solutions to tackle local authorities’ most pressing challenges. Shared Works is our flagship initiative, transforming how retrofit and maintenance projects are managed to achieve net-zero goals. Our UK team is growing, and you will work closely with our Customer Success, Business Development, Product, and Engineering colleagues across the UK, and Greece.

The Role:

  • Account support: Help manage the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of clients - combined authorities, housing associations, and contractors. Support onboardings, check-ins, and reviews, and help keep clients informed and unblocked.
  • Platform configuration: Learn to set up and configure Shared Works for new clients, tailoring it to their workflows and programme structure.
  • Data support: Help with data imports and exports, support clients in keeping their data clean and accurate, and learn to help them get the most from it.
  • Technical support: Be an early point of contact for client queries. Learn to diagnose problems, tell the difference between user error, configuration, data, and product issues, and escalate clearly to the engineering team when needed.
  • Product input: Help gather feedback from clients and turn it into clear notes for the product team - workflow descriptions, issues, and suggestions. Bring the client’s perspective into internal product discussions.
  • Product delivery & testing: Work alongside our product and engineering colleagues to understand requirements, test tickets and new functionality, and help make sure releases work well for clients.
  • Training & documentation: Help deliver training sessions for client teams, and keep onboarding guides and materials up to date.
  • Commercial exposure: As you build product knowledge and client trust, you’ll get the chance to support demos, proposals, and new business activity - a great way to explore a future commercial path if that interests you.

The Candidate:

Essential qualifications & skills

  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to juggle a few tasks and priorities at once.

The Package:

  • Working for a company that is doing something good for the community, the country, and ultimately, the world.
  • A genuine opportunity to try your hand at different parts of the business - client management, product, data, and delivery - and find out what you enjoy most.
  • Tons of support, autonomy, and flexibility as you grow into the role.
  • A solid starting salary with real scope for progression.
  • A no-glass-ceiling environment where you go as far as you can and want.
