The Job:
Farm manager role for arable farm over c. 700 acres including woodland. Mixed vegetables and cereals programme, plus management of three full-time staff. The role includes a well-maintained, spacious, four bedroom farm house.

The Candidate:
- Practical experience
- Relevant qualifications for vegetable and cereal crops
- Be committed to sustainable farming practices and provision of suitable habitat for wildlife and farmland birds
- They will be personable and capable of building strong relationships with suppliers, counterparties and the proprietor family
- Familiarity with and capable of completing IACS applications, and quality assurance schemes (e.g. LEAF, SQC and Red Tractor).
