Vet CPD - Health Planning for the Beef Herd
This course is aimed at the new or recent graduate who wish to gain knowledge and confidence to approach discussing health planning and nutrition with beef farmers. The link between nutrition, health and performance is an important aspect of all beef units. A health plan should be dynamic and specific to each farm so the approach to this alongside KPIs to get the conversation started will be covered. The course will also cover nutritional requirements for the different life stages alongside practical tips for looking at forage analysis and feed labels.
