The Job:
To manage all boning hall production planning for beef and Lamb, translating customer orders into production requirements to ensure all orders are fulfilled in accordance with relevant timescales, building strong interdepartmental relationships to achieve production objectives. To manage all yield and costing information flow back to relevant functions, to support the team in hitting targets.

The Company:

The Candidate:
- No experience needed, all training will be provided.
- Maintain accurate records of input vs output ratios, including weights and yields at different processing stages.
- Generate daily production plan.
- Co-ordinate with production teams to ensure plans and any changes to planned schedule are communicated in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversite of daily production and ensure delivery in accordance with production plans.
- Work closely with production, quality assurance and logistics team to ensure real -time tracking and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor and compare planned vs actual to support operational decision making.
- Track and analyse carcass yields, trim losses to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate and accessible data and records.
- Provide support to Boning Hall Manager as required.
- Undertake any other associated duties as determined by management.
Skills & competencies:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to details.
- Academic qualification – Nat5 in Maths and English.
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not essential, all training will be provided.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, especially in reporting and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, production-driven environments.
- Able to work in chilled environment.
- Ability to multitask and work under own initiative to deliver to deadlines.
- Professional approach and strong work ethic.
