The Candidate:

• The candidate must have experience at a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification and have experience of recruiting, managing, leading and managing groups volunteer groups.
• Can plan and implement practical projects and events.
• You will work in partnership with other organisations, and community groups and have knowledge of implementing health initiatives to improve wellbeing in volunteers.
• Extensive knowledge of Scottish flora and fauna species and the challenges they face against climate change and biodiversity loss.
