We are currently seeking a warm, enthusiastic and professional Golf Services Attendant, to join our Golf Operations team for the summer season (March - October 2026).

- Working with us during the busy summer season, you’ll be part of the team that ensures all aspects of our Golf Operations Department run without a hitch
- Your key areas of focus will include responsibility for our locker rooms, bag store, starter areas, course rangers and golf cart usage and maintenance
- Supporting the whole Golf Operations team in providing the total golf experience for our guests and members, consistently delivering service excellence and creating the most memorable experience
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
The Candidate:
- Ideally, you have experience in a similar role, with a fantastic track record of customer service success
- You have a full driver's license
- Planning and organisation, for yourself and others, comes naturally to you
- Engaging in a proactive, supportive and open way with colleagues and guests alike is second nature to you
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way.
