The Job:

The Rural Business Manager will play a pivotal role within a dynamic and well regarded organisation, building and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships across the farming and wider business communities of the Scottish Highlands. With an established and diverse client portfolio, you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of your clients. Adopting a customer-first approach and leveraging your understanding of the local rural economy, you will identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships. This position offers a flexible working arrangement, combining remote working with time in the Highland office, providing an effective balance between team collaboration and face-to-face client engagement.
