The Candidate:
- Curious and enthusiastic about food, with a genuine interest in creating great products and progressing your career
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role, from developing recipes to preparing samples for tastings (unsuitable for vegan/vegetarian candidates)
- Detail-oriented, making sure product specifications and data are accurate and reliable
- Practical and adaptable, able to solve problems and think creatively under time pressures
- A supportive team player who’s also confident working independently
- Keen to keep learning and growing your expertise in product development
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in food science or a related field, experience in food manufacturing or product development, and strong recipe development and data management skills.
