The Company:
Bouldover Climbing Centre is a vibrant indoor climbing gym dedicated to providing a fun, welcoming space for climbers of all levels. With a variety of bouldering walls, regularly updated routes, and friendly staff on hand, it’s the perfect place to improve your skills, meet other climbers, and enjoy the climb!
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and reliable climber with a strong focus on safety and customer care. They will be confident working with climbers of all ages and abilities, have good communication skills, and enjoy being part of a team. Relevant climbing qualifications and previous coaching or customer-facing experience are desirable, but a positive attitude and passion for climbing are essential.
The Package:
Set working days are Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. A friendly, supportive team environment. Opportunities to gain experience instructing climbers of all ages and abilities. Ongoing training and professional development. Be part of a growing and passionate climbing community.
