Therapets at King's Buildings

Therapets will be visiting the KB Campus on Tuesday 21 October. Therapets are volunteers and their specially trained dogs, who visit schools and colleges to help support students’ health and wellbeing.

Sessions will take place in the Library Area between 12:00 and 13:30.

We’re aware that some staff and students may have allergies and/or phobias, so we wanted to make you aware of the visit in advance. Please be assured that we will be taking extra precautions following the visit, including enhanced cleaning, to minimise any allergy risk.

Therapet sessions will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The dogs will take part in 3 short sessions, with a maximum of 7 students per dog (3 dogs in total.) If you know of any students who may particularly benefit from this experience, please encourage them to sign up as soon as possible.
