The Job:
We’re looking for a skilled Product Specialist to join Peacock Technology’s IDS (Intelligent Dairy Solutions) division, supporting the delivery of our advanced robotic and vision-based systems across UK dairy farms. This hands-on technical role is ideal for a qualified engineer with a practical mindset who enjoys problem solving, working in field environments, and building strong customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in installing, servicing, and optimising our technology while helping farmers improve efficiency, sustainability, and animal welfare through data-driven insights. Working as part of a collaborative and growing team, you’ll travel across the UK with opportunities for occasional international travel, supported by comprehensive product training and clear opportunities for professional development.

The Candidate:
- Experience of electrical installation (Qualified with 18th Edition would be an advantage). PASMA and IPAF would also be desirable.
- Confidence using tools and digital systems.
- Strong practical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Enjoy supporting customers and building positive relationships.
- Full UK driver’s licence held for at least 2 years.
- Willingness to travel in the UK and occasionally internationally.
- Interest in, or willingness to learn about, dairy farming and agricultural technology.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Calm and thoughtful approach when challenges arise.
- Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and safe working practices.
