Role Join a growing agriculture business in a pivotal leadership role. We are seeking an experienced Poultry Farm Manager (or a skilled Livestock professional) to take full ownership of our 32,000-capacity free-range hen unit.

This is a management opportunity in farm work within a supportive, larger-scale poultry operation. Whether you are an established Poultry Manager or an experienced Stockperson looking to step up, we provide the training and management support needed for you to succeed.

Key reponsibilities:

  • Flock Welfare: Maintaining high standards of health and care for 32,000 free-range hens.
  • Operations: Overseeing the egg room, managing egg packing, and ensuring facility hygiene.
  • Compliance: Managing essential farm paperwork and records.
  • Maintenance: General upkeep and maintenance of the unit facilities.

The Candidate:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in poultry or livestock farming (Preferred).
  • Skills: A proactive approach to animal welfare and the ability to work independently.
  • Reliability: A dedicated professional looking for a permanent career in the farming industry.
