The Job:
The Lead Gardener will play a key role in maintaining high-quality service delivery across all gardening operations. The post holder will undertake a variety of gardening jobs for set clients scheduled by the Operations Manager whilst also supporting both self-employed and salaried gardeners, ensuring quality standards are met, and assist with client onboarding and operational continuity.
