Our two-year scheme will provide you with the training and development required to build the skills and knowledge required to become a highly valued and competent member of our team.

You can also have the opportunity to explore different departments across Harbro.
The aim is to provide graduates with a broad knowledge of the organisation along with practical experience, you can either opt to work in a range of departments or specialise in one area. Graduates will undertake on-the-job training alongside internal and external training courses to gain appreciation of processes, terms and practices used within Harbro.
During the scheme you will be working on real projects to deliver continuous improvement & innovative solutions. Completing three to six monthly secondments within a day-to-day role, based around clear learning objectives.
You will be given progressive responsibility which will help develop the necessary skills to grow and become a future leader within the business. There is an option to do a third-year secondment if you want to further your experience and have not decided which direction you want to pursue.

The Company:

Privately owned, the business trades throughout the UK and has developed an increasingly strong export market through its international division. With a manufacturing capacity of 280,000 tonnes from sites based in Scotland and England, the business produces high quality livestock feeds for beef, sheep, dairy, pig and poultry.
Running alongside its manufacturing prowess, we also offer a convenient and efficient on-farm mobile milling, mixing and processing service, which allows farmers to produce sustainable diets, utilising home grown cereals. With a fleet of vehicles capable of producing both ruminant and mono-gastric diets, this flexible and efficient service is available across the UK, supported by team of trained operators, livestock specialists and nutritionists.
