A position has become available for a general farm worker on our family farm near Lanark. Jobs include milking, feeding cows, calf rearing, some tractor work & general farm maintenance.

The Company:
We are a family farm with a small friendly team. We milk 200 cows in a 13/26 Herringbone parlour. AYR calving. We also have 250 cross ewes / blackies.
The Candidate:
- Experience is preferred but not essential.
- On farm training will be provided as well as relevant external agriculture courses to further career.
- Applicants must be willing to work some early mornings & weekends.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy & be able to maintain high standards & work as part of a team as well as individually.
- Full driving license essential.
The Package:
- Regular days off.
- Excellent rate of pay for the right candidate.
- Workplace pension available.
- Would consider full-time/part-time or self-employed.
