The Job:
As part of a small, dynamic team, you'll be responsible for maintaining a range of beautiful gardens across the region. Tasks will include pruning hedges and shrubs, mowing, flowerbed upkeep (weeding and pruning), planting, and using power tools to achieve exceptional results. We take pride in every job, and your role will be key to maintaining our high standards.

The Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven gardening experience and a solid skill set in garden maintenance
- Familiarity with a wide range of tasks including pruning, mowing, planting, and regular use of power tools
- A good eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results
- Strong plant knowledge and an understanding of correct horticultural practices
- A reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude, with the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- A clean Full UK Manual Driving License (please don’t apply if you don’t have one)
- Physically fit and a team player who thrives in collaborative environments
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach
Formal horticultural qualifications (e.g. RHS 2, college, or equivalent), PA1/PA6 spraying, and chainsaw certificates are a bonus.
