Key responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day crop operations (planting, cultivating, harvesting)
  • Leading a team of 3 permanent staff
  • Planning workloads and coordinating temporary labour during peak periods
  • Liaising with the Farm Owner and Potato Store Manager
  • Overseeing ground maintenance including variable rate P & K applications
    and drainage
  • Ensuring machinery is well maintained and cared for.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in farm management, strong leadership skills, and a practical, proactive approach. The right attitude and team fit are just as important as experience.
