We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Farm Manager to oversee a farming operation growing Spring Barley and Seed Potatoes.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day crop operations (planting, cultivating, harvesting)
- Leading a team of 3 permanent staff
- Planning workloads and coordinating temporary labour during peak periods
- Liaising with the Farm Owner and Potato Store Manager
- Overseeing ground maintenance including variable rate P & K applications
and drainage - Ensuring machinery is well maintained and cared for.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in farm management, strong leadership skills, and a practical, proactive approach. The right attitude and team fit are just as important as experience.
