The Job:
The Estate is home to The Bield Christian Retreat and Conference Centre and is looking for an enthusiastic individual to take on role of Assistant Grounds and Maintenance Person. The position will be to work closely with the current grounds team leader and wider Bield team with responsibilities including but not limited to grass cutting, lawn maintenance, clearing leaves, hedge/ivy trimming, fencing repairs and assisting with the removal of timber windfall along with a variety of other grounds maintenance tasks.

The Company:
Blackruthven Estate is a peaceful yet thriving rural Estate, situated approximately a mile to the west of the outskirts of Perth. The Estate is home to The Bield Christian Retreat and Conference Centre.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good grounds keeping and maintenance skills.
- Enthusiastic and motivated.
- Practical tool and ATV tickets preferred, but not essential.
- Driving licence essential.
