Work is currently underway on developing our People Strategy, a key transformation project, which supports the delivery of our strategic priorities as outlined in our Strategic Plan.
The business strategy provides our direction and ambition to become a 21st century university, where a culture of engagement, innovation and excellence thrives - the People Strategy will outline how we will work together to make this happen. Developing our culture and living our RISE values will help SRUC transform to be a high performing organisation for future success.

There is a cross-organisation group working together to create the strategy and ensure it is relevant to all areas of SRUC. To see who is involved from your area click here. There will be a session held on 12th June in Edinburgh to develop the People Strategy if you would like to be involved in this session please email Irene.Martin@sruc.ac.uk by Friday 1 June.

Our People Strategy will be shared with the organisation in the Autumn and underpinned by an implementation plan which sets out clear actions timescales and measures of success.
