The Executive Leadership Team at SRUC is gearing up to join a mass charity sleep-out in Edinburgh’s Princes Street Gardens this weekend.

Wayne Powell (Principal and Chief Executive), Mike Wijnberg (Managing Director, SAC Consulting), Nancy McGowan (Head of Finance), Jamie Newbold (Academic Director), Colin MacEwan (Director of Commercialisation and Innovation) and Professional Services Director Gavin Macgregor will join thousands of other fundraisers at Sleep in the Park – the world’s largest ever sleep-out – on Saturday 9 December.

Organised by Social Bite, the event is designed to highlight the plight of homeless people, with the ultimate aim of eradicating homelessness in Scotland within five years.

Those taking part will be entertained by celebrity buskers including Liam Gallagher, Amy MacDonald and Deacon Blue, while they will also be treated to morning rolls from comedian Rob Brydon.
