Elmwood Conservation & Countryside Management Taster Day

Join us at the Elmwood Golf Course for a taster day where you can learn what conservation and countryside management is and how this knowledge is put into practice. The sessions will offer an insight into the natural world and the wildlife around you. Experience practical activities, including bird ringing and pond dipping, and find out about the importance of wild meadows and orchard habitats.

The workshops are free, open to everyone and suitable for those with no previous experience. Numbers are limited, so please book your place early.

Please wear suitable footwear and bring waterproof clothing. We'll provide tea and coffee, and the Fairways restaurant will also be open for lunches and refreshments.
