Food and drink Project managementProject management is a key service provided by SAC Consulting Food & Drink.  In recent years a number of strategic industry projects have been managed by SAC Consulting Food & Drink consultants including:

  • Connect Local – the Scottish Government’s local food and drink marketing advisory service (ongoing)
  • Think Local - a three-year, Scottish Government funded project, which helped to develop a commercial and sustainable local food & drink sector in Scotland.
  • Scottish Government Veterinary and Advisory Service Programme – a multi-million pound annual programme commissioned by the Scottish Government  to meet a range of statutory obligations and to help to support an outward looking and dynamic rural sector with a diverse economy and active communities.
  • Scottish Government Veterinary Services Programme – a multi-million pound annual programme supporting livestock disease surveillance and animal health planning and welfare across Scotland. (ongoing)
