In Scotland the tourism industry employs more than 200,000 people, making it one of the largest employment sectors in the country.

Hospitality and professional cookery are essential parts of this industry and our courses are designed to allow students to fulfil their potential, by developing excellent culinary skills.

Many of our students have gone on to find employment as a chef or commis chef in prestigious hotels and restaurants, food manufacture or catering companies, while others now run their own establishments.

The flexibility of the skills learned on our courses also has worldwide appeal, offering students the possibility of working in establishments outside of the UK and for worldwide travel on-board cruise ships.
