The Land Reform (Scotland) Bill was introduced to the Scottish Parliament on 22 June 2015 and the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee (RACCE) is currently seeking evidence on the general principles of the Bill.

The Bill contains proposed legislative changes affecting land ownership and management; sporting rates; deer management; core path access and agricultural holdings.

SRUC submitted our response to the call for evidence on Friday 14th August and it can be found below, along with our earlier consultation submission on the Future of Land Reform in Scotland.
