Tuesday 30 June
The Scottish Consortium for Rural Research (SCRR) and the RPC joined forces to host a round table event at Stirling University on 30 June exploring the relationship between rural and urban Scotland.
This was a thought-provoking discussion attended by people from policy, practice and research backgrounds. Participants brought ‘think pieces’ to the event aimed at tackling key questions such as, “are rural and urban Scotland on a spectrum, or are they really different?” and “can the Scottish Government’s over-arching targets be met by continuing to look at them separately?”
