How To Find The Roslin Institute, Bush Estate

By Road

The Roslin Institute at the Bush Estate is south of the city centre. It is on a city bus route which is served by a variety of buses, and is a 20-minute taxi journey from the city centre.

From the North, West, and East, join the Edinburgh City bypass (A720) until you reach the Straiton Interchange. Leave the bypass and follow the A701 (signposted for Penicuik and Peebles) past IKEA, to Bilston. Continue straight at the Bilston mini-roundabout until you reach the lights at the junction of the A703 (Seafield Moor Road). Turn right along the A703 until you reach the next set of lights, then turn left and follow the road for approximately 500m until you get to the Easter Bush campus.

From Edinburgh City Centre, take the A701 and follow the directions above once you reach the Straiton Interchange.
