Safe use of Pesticide: PA2
This course is suitable for those working in forestry, agriculture, horticulture or greenkeeping. It is based around the National Proficiency Test Council PA2 (Mounted Crop Sprayers) Test and is aimed at those intending to apply pesticides or currently spraying pesticide using a tractor mounted boom sprayer or a weed wiper from an ATV. The course lasts for one day, with attendance required to sit the test on another day following the course.

Candidates must pass their PA1 assessment prior to completing testing for PA2

Tractor & Boom £355.00 per person.
ATV & Weedwiper £230.00 per person.
Course fees include training, assessment and registration fees. Please note there is no VAT on our training.

How do I book?
To book a place on one of our courses, please complete and return the course booking form to the appropriate campus address or email address shown below. Course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments can be made over the phone using a debit/credit card, by cheque made payable to SRUC or by Bank Transfer (for bank transfer details please contact your chosen campus).
Cancellations must be made at least 10 working days prior to the course start date otherwise the full course fee is still payable. In the event that SRUC has to cancel a course for any reason your course fees will be refunded in full or your booking transferred to the next available date if this is suitable.
