We have produced user guides to help you with Password Reset Self Service and setting or changing your security questions.
Students: If you have any accessibility issues that are preventing you from registering for Self Service Password Resets, then please contact your local Learning Support or Senior Tutor.
Staff: If you wish to be enrolled for Self Service Password Resets, then please contact the IS Service Desk.
