Alistair Joined SAC Consulting in January 2017 as a Food and Drink Consultant and he delivers a number of projects and supplies 1 to 1 business advice in areas including local supply chains, sustainability, innovation and funding. He helps manage the Rural Innovation Support Service which encourages rural companies to develop practical innovative research projects. He has delivered a number of Knowledge Transfer and Exchange (KTE) projects, feasibility studies and collaborates with SRUC Hospitality on New Product Development (NPD).
